Our Journey to Brooklyn

The story of 2026 Latest Pizzas began in a small pizzeria in Naples, where our master pizzaiolo Giuseppe learned the ancient art of pizza making from his nonna. After years of perfecting his craft in Italy, Giuseppe dreamed of bringing true Neapolitan pizza to America – not the heavy, cheese-laden imitations, but the light, airy, perfectly charred pies that have made Naples famous worldwide.

What Makes Us Different

Every ingredient matters. Our San Marzano tomatoes are hand-picked and canned within hours of harvest. Our mozzarella di bufala arrives fresh from Campania twice weekly. Our flour comes from a family mill in Naples that has been perfecting their blend for four generations. And our dough? It ferments for a full 48 hours, developing complex flavors that you simply can't rush.

But we're not just about tradition – we're proud Brooklynites too. We work with local farms for our vegetables, source our honey from rooftop beekeepers in Red Hook, and even make our own craft sodas using Brooklyn-sourced ingredients.
